Fiona graduated from the NSW State Conservatorium High School on Piano in 1974 and from the State Conservatorium on Viola in 1979. Since then Fiona has been involved extensively in teaching in schools and for the Mitchell Conservatorium, as well as performing in many chamber instrumental groups. She started The Galliard Trio in Bathurst and features as soloist in many concerts in the region.  Fiona has been the Coordinator of various String Workshops, led by exemplary Sydney teachers and performers.
